Job Description
- We are looking for a competent Executive Secretary to support high-ranking officials in our company.
- You will be the one to organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Executive secretaries must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
- It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying about other tasks.
- The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiates terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc / BA in Secretarial studies or any Business related field.
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry

Job Title: School Bus Driver
Location: Osun
Job Description
- We are looking for a School Bus Driver to join our team to transport students to and from school and extracurricular events following a scheduled route while ensuring student safety.
- A School Bus Driver’s responsibilities include ensuring that their vehicles are in good shape and observing safety and traffic rules while on the road with students traveling across town.
- Ultimately, you will ensure proper vehicle maintenance and observe traffic rules and maintain order with passengers on the bus.
Responsibilities
- Transport children and other passengers to and from school
- Ensure the safety of all students when entering and leaving the bus
- Assist students with getting on and off the bus as needed
- Engage with students as they enter and leave the bus
- Obey all traffic laws to ensure students arrive at their destination safely
- Maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus at all times
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a School Bus Driver or similar role
- Ability to carry out assigned route on time
- Must have a Commercial Driver’s License
- Two or more years of experience working with children preferred
- Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations within the last five years
