Job Description and Specification
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Manage and train store staff.
- Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Mediate any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalate the situation.

Job Title: Sound Engineer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- To search through commercial audio libraries to find the right sounds for a project, or, when the right sounds cannot be found or licensed, record sounds in the studio or the field and process them through a digital audio workstation (DAW) to create the desired effect or tone.
- To record effects onto the different types of playback equipment.
- To work alongside other professionals including sound technicians and engineers, directors, composers, musicians, actors, and producers.
- To use various different sound implementation systems such as Wwise, FMOD, Unity, and Unreal and use systems that could include UE4 Blueprints, Max MSP, or other visual logic systems
- To compose and engineer music and assist in post-production by improving sound quality or adding sound over video
- To record, layer, and produce sounds and sound effects for the desired impact
- To spot, arrange and edit audio into video or other delivery mechanisms.
- To create, update, maintain and add to sample and sound libraries
- To develop the sound concept for a project and a sound map or storyboard from a script or project description
- To use digital sound processing (DSP) to manipulate and synthesize sound and music
- To enhance or distort sounds using samplers, synthesizers, and audio plug-ins
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualifications & training.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to set up, test, and adjust recording equipment for recording and shooting sessions.
- Ability to separate instruments, vocals, and other sounds; combine sounds for productions.

- Analyzing scripts, characters, story structure and deciding on a visual approach
- Plans direct, coordinates, reviews production scripts.
- Costume and props coordination.
- Manage all aspects of the filming and operate the camera.
- Working on multiple projects at once, organized and diligent in managing shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Working with the post-production team to ensure the desired effects are preserved and that the mood of the production is maintained.
- Create a creative storyboard and assist with creative development.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND qualification
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in a related job role is acceptable.

Job Title: Video Editor / Colorist

Job Description
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Prepare rough and final cuts for the videos
- Input effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealing
- Insert music and necessary sound effects to the video clips
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage
- Collaborate with the film’s director and director of photography to decide on a color scheme that will best fit the film’s mood.
- To screen, evaluate and HD DI color correct feature films, utilizing Autodesk Lustre for restoration.
- To remaster archival feature footage to HD.
- Perform DI on major feature films, commercials, and special projects.
- To get the best creative look from the raw camera negative
- To use color editing software in order to make the production more appealing
- Collaborate with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Monitor all technical aspects of recording and editing
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc certificate
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Experience working on branded video content is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to keep the team up to date on project timelines
- Very organized, goal-oriented, and can drive results while multi-tasking priorities
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace
- A lot of energy, passion, and enthusiasm
- Great Videography / Video Editing portfolio
- Skilled with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, etc and a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as it applies video post-production
