Job Description
- Matching Key Distributor’s collection with all relevant invoices on the ERP.
- Generating debtor’s age analysis weekly for Modern Trade, Business to Business, and Key Accounts
- Reconciliation of all ledgers assigned and ensure all figures are up to date
- Preparation of company cash flow statement.
- Posting of collection from customers.
- Preparation of monthly Bank reconciliation statements for all local & domiciliary bank accounts.
- Posting and reconciliation of daily fuel consumption.
- Management of letters of Credit (LCs) and company trade loans.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company.
- Review cash flow statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance.
Qualifications
- Relevant Accounting Certificate (B.Sc /HND)
- Professional Qualification
- Associate Member or Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Officer position most appropriately with FMCG.
- Appropriate command and use of the English language spoken and written.

Job Title: Technical Operator
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full operation of production machine
- Operate machines based on SOP
- Control, monitor, and maintain machines and equipment for production use
- Machine fault detection and fault analysis.
- Ensure CLIT is carried out on the machine before the commencement of operation/production.
- Daily fill and sign off checklist after all inspections with Supervisor.
- Carry our autonomous maintenance on a machine as contained in the checklist
- Record production output hourly on the production performance board.
- Responsible and accountable for downtime analysis
- Ensure machines are run systematically with the aid of Wrapper waste management
- Carry out Basic maintenance routine check
- Deliver daily production volume target
- Interpret and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams.
Education, Skills & Experience

Job Description
- Responsible for implementing and driving sales and distribution initiatives in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for Customers Order Management and Sales to achieve Volume and Value Targets.
- Responsible for sales promotional strategy implementation, execution, and evaluation.
- Responsible for Customers performance review in Value and Volume as against the target
- Recommend appropriate strategies to improve sales and achieve customers’ targets.
