We are recruiting to fill the positions below:
Job Title: Medical Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Detailing of company products to Hcp’s healthcare professionals doctor’s pharmacist, nurses, etc.
- Ensuring the achievement of sales values and products target of his/her respective region and territory.
- Ensuring proper implementation of marketing activities such as focus group meetings, clinical meetings and presentations, Lab Forums, Distributor’s Forum, and any other science-based presentations to all Hcp’s.
- Organizing conferences for doctors and other Hcp’s.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Science background
- 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing of Pharmaceuticals.
- Computer Literate.
Job Title: Diagnostic Sales Representative
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Capitalize on all field tools to include sales force to best manage territory business and account planning.
- Ability to sell in a consultative manner such that the customer need is discovered and addressed in an individualized clinical and data-driven manner.
- Provide ongoing field intelligence and be “current” on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as provide input on customer experience. Cost-effectively manage time and assets, including travel and expense budget.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex scientific literature and use extensive and complex clinical data as a key factor in the sales process.
- Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures
Qualifications
- B.Sc Science Background.
- 2 years experience in Pharmaceuticals.
- Computer Literate.
Job Title: Business Manager
Locations: Abia, Anambra, Cross River, Imo, Rivers
Job Responsibility
- To develop the Sales and capital budget for the region and be responsible for achieving the same.
- Implement policies, processes, and incentive systems that will drive optimum performance among the sales team within the region.
- To organize the sales force towards the achievement of the region Sales targets and objectives through the medical/sales reps.
- To control, monitor, supervise, and work with the medical/sales reps to achieve set targets.
- To liaise with the Marketing department through the NBM execute marketing programs for the region.
- To develop the company’s business evenly among the distributors, representatives, and government institutions and parastatals in the region.
- To drive the Mass de-worming program at all levels.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Science background.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Marketing of Pharmaceuticals.
- Computer Literate.
Job Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- B. Pharm.
- 8 years experience in Sales/Marketing of Pharmaceuticals.
- Computer Literate.
