We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Anambra

Job Description

  • Administer check-in of all guests and maintain a record of all special requests at the time of arrival.
  • Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests and perform pre-assignment of all rooms to guests as well as VIP evaluate all activities of guest services at end of shift.
  • Determine and ensure compliance with all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
  • Coordinate and assist concierge in all services to guests and maintain knowledge on all emergency procedures and evaluate all credit limit reports on an everyday basis and manage room availability efficiently.
  • Evaluate everyday status of all hotels and coordinate with various departments such as reservation, sales, and valet to ensure an optimal level of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and greet all customers efficiently, monitor and resolve all requests and provide all required information such as room rate and directions and assist all in the registration process.
  • Monitor all check-ins and provide the guest with room keys, certificates and coupons in a welcome folder and evaluate all credit card details prior to acceptance.
  • Maintain records of all vouchers and travelers’ checks and maintain knowledge on all currency conversion rates and provide inputs for the same.
  • Manage all communication with guests and ensure satisfaction at the time of check out and monitor all packages and faxes for guests and divert the same to the guest room.
  • Administer all guests’ complain and resolve all issues appropriately and within the time limit.
  • Maintain attendance for all employees and ensure the conduct of the same on a regular basis.
  • Administer all registration process for guests and maintain a record of all personal information and ensure staff member to accompany the guest to room.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of OND, HND or B.Sc and must have worked in a similar position as a receptionist.

Job Title: Head Housekeeper

Location: Anambra
Department: Housekeeping
Report To: General Manager

Job Description

  • To oversee, coordinate and organize the housekeeping department to ensure an exceptional service in room cleaning preparation.
  • To enforce the company brand standard of quality and cleanliness and ensure efficient use of all cleaning equipment and material.
  • To oversee and coordinate the organization of the linen and welcome stock management, respecting safety and security within the allocated budget
  • To manage the ordering and use of room amenities
  • To be available at times of high attendance

Qualifications/Skills

  • Advance knowledge of hospitality
  • Prior experience (2 years) in a branded environment as a Supervisor/Manager in hospitality.
  • Prior management kills
  • Positive attitude to work/sense for detail
  • Working in a team/ good personal appearance.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Anambra
Department: F&B
Report To: General Manager

Job Description

  • To manage the foodservice and present our food dining concept to our guests.
  • To be able to drive the core menu offers the ability to deliver consistency.
  • To be available at times of high attendance
  • To be sufficiently qualified for local and continental menus
  • To ensure food preparation following the standards, respecting the food safety regulations and the budget.
  • To ensure appropriate stock levels in order to ensure departmental profitability.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Posses advanced chef training.
  • Prior experience (2 years) in a branded environment as a Senior Chef.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Technical skills on advanced food hygiene HACCP
  • Excellent management skills
  • Good knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Good knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods/understanding of menu costing.
  • Ability to understand and follow guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Able to work in a team
  • Good/positive attitude and passion for food production.
