Job Title: Trainee Analyst

Responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management.
- Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data.
- Develop and implement data analyses, leverage data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management, analyzing and interpreting data involving company procedures, policies, and workflows.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
- Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects, including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data from project requirements documentation to design and execution.
- Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs.
- Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.
- Analyzing large datasets and developing insights into business performance and variance.

Job Title: Senior Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Job Responsibilities
- To design & create solutions and present the solutions [reporting] to the client.
- Research and generate white papers on frameworks, guidelines, and best practice processes.
- Support the design or modification of business or IT systems.
- Develop / Generate costing proposals for projects, perform a risk analysis, and manage change control to meet client requirements or RFQs.
- Consulting lifecycle management: Prospecting, Marketing & Business Development, Development of EOI, Proposals, Response to RFPs, RFI, ITB, SOW, etc.
- Management of projects lifecycle: Initiation, implementation, reporting & closure
- Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs.
- Support the gathering of documents, and analyze business needs and requirements.
- Assist to solve business problems and as needed, designing technical solutions.
- Helps to test the system and create system documentation and user manuals.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or related Technology / Science disciplines.
- Minimum 4 – 8 years working experience post-degree working experience in an enterprise or ICT service company.
- Knowledge of technology global best practice standards
- Good level of technical skills & experience in Designing, Installing, Maintaining, Managing & Auditing ICT systems/applications/infrastructures.
- Experience implementing ICT standards/frameworks (ISO20000, ISO31000, COBIT, ISO27001, ISO22301, etc.) would be a distinct advantage.
- Good exposure to the major industries (banking, telecoms, Oil & gas, FMCG, technology, etc.) or in consulting services.
- Relevant industry certifications will be a distinct advantage e.g., CISA, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, CISM, CISSP, CEH, CISCO, Microsoft, LPT, CCSA, CHFI, ECSA, OCSP, OCSE, CEH, CRISC, IIBA (CCBA / CBAP), etc.
Job Title: Lead – Business Development
Location: Nigeria
Job Responsibilities
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Training business development staff.
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Interface with clients to deepen cross-selling and manage relationships with suitable partners / OEMs.
- Develop and improve the consulting life cycle management: Prospecting, Marketing & Business Development.
- Keeping abreast of global and industry best practices & market needs.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- Must have 4 – 8 years of working experience post-degree working experience in a consulting or ICT service company.
- Good experience in implementing projects with major industries (banking, telecoms, Oil & Gas, FMCG, technology, etc.).
- Proficient knowledge in the use of a sales content management system (CMS)
- Management experience with at least 3 years of leading a Team or Unit.
