Job Title: Head, Exchequer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Department: Exchequer
Report to: Managing Director
Scope
- Provide a supervisory role on all other personnel in the department
- Fund disbursement and receivables
- Financial analysis
- Accounts Reporting
- Cost Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Interpretation of bank account statements
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Top-notch skills in organization, problem-solving, communication
- Great attention to detail
- A solid work ethic and an ability to prioritize
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant accounting software
- ACA/ACCA
- Degree in Accounting or other related fields
- Not less than 5 years in a financial institution with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in the required capacity.
Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Department: Exchequer
Report to: Loan Recover Manager
Scope
- Reviewing the company debtor list
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Preparing customer financial statements for the relationship officers
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payment is not being made
- Instituting legal actions when customers fail to pay their debt
- Monitor accounts to identify loan age analysis and outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each loan debt
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments
- Any other duties assigned.

Job Title: Loan Recovery Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Department: Exchequer
Report to: Head, Exchequer
Scope
- Loan Disbursement & Recovery i.e. responsible for making sure all payments, both in and out of the company are made timely and accurately
- Loan Analysis i.e. To identify loan age analysis and outstanding debts
- Document and fill out the proper paperwork for loans and file it accordingly
- Accurate interpretation of bank account statements for loan applicants
- Document Control and Filing
- Reports to the Head Exchequer
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements

Scope
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction
- Using computerized systems to access the details of customers
- Promoting certain financial products and services
- Handling customer complaints or handing them over to a supervisor
- Referring customers to individuals qualified to offer and sell regulated financial products
- Any other duties assigned.
