Job Title: Hausa Speaking Contact Centre Agent

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Handle customer complaints or inquiries via telephone, emails, chats, or text messages.
  • Provide customers with needed information and support
  • Make outbound calls.
  • Receive inbound calls
  • Promote good listening skills.
  • Manage length of calls.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle a high volume of calls
  • Work closely with Team leads, supervisors, and call center managers to ensure synergy and all-time customer satisfaction
  • Adherence to call script and call center policies.
  • Compile reports.
  • Ensure that customers/callers are satisfied.
  • Gather information from customers.
  • Consistently ensure call(outbound/inbound) quality
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Exhibiting competent product Knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / FSLC / BSc qualification.
  • 0 – 2 years of work experience.

Salary

  • N40,000 monthly.

Job Title: Client Experience Officer (With Contact Centre & Banking Experience)

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints or inquiries via telephone, emails, or social media.
  • Provide customers with needed information and support.
  • Make outbound calls.
  • Exhibiting competent product Knowledge.
  • Promote good listening skills.
  • Manage length of calls.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Work closely with Team leads, supervisors, and call center managers to ensure synergy and all-time customer satisfaction.
  • Adherence to call script and call center policies.

  • Handle email interactions promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Ensure that customers/callers are satisfied.
  • Gather information from customers.
  • Consistently ensure call(outbound / inbound) quality.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the Financial / Banking industry is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk CRM software and understanding of the Contact center industry.

Salary

  • N100,000 Monthly.
