Job Brief
- We are looking for a Training Facilitator to prepare, coordinate and evaluate educational programs for our clients.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc.
- Professional Certification in any of HRM, PMP, HSE, CRM, or any related field
- Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
- Familiarity with Talent Management and career paths
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a related field.
- Willingness to learn and advance in knowledge.
- Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator or similar role
