• We are looking for a Training Facilitator to prepare, coordinate and evaluate educational programs for our clients.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc.
• Professional Certification in any of HRM, PMP, HSE, CRM, or any related field
• Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
• Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
• Familiarity with Talent Management and career paths
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a related field.
• Willingness to learn and advance in knowledge.
• Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator or similar role
