We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Finance Executive
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Prepare invoices.
- Payroll administration.
- Ensure timely payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare/ensure tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets
- Report on the company’s health and liquidity.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting or Finance.
- ACCA / ICAN.
- Must be a resident in Abuja.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the same role.
- Excellent knowledge of account regulations, principles, and procedures
- Hands-on Experience with Freshbook and Quick book.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
