We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Source for reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
- Updating supplier database & material category price list
- Receive and review invoices for any inconsistencies and variances
- Ensures that the right quality of raw materials needed for production are available at the right time at all times.
- Preparing payment requests for delivered goods and services.
- Updating supplier database & material category price list
- Creating payment requests files and submit to finance.
- Ensures that weekly reports are collated from the branches and reports critical stock positions in the region and sent to Head Supply Chain.
- Mange customer service requests and prompt resolution of material related issues.
- Any other duties or tasks delegated by Procurement Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- 3-5 years experience.
