Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Planning and performing work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
- Keeps records of items to maintain inventory control, cost containment, and to assure proper stock levels.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling them with the data storage system.
- Reviewing of documents for quality control evaluations
- Meeting and managing vendors, artisans, and suppliers
- Developing an effective stocking and inventory system that curb stock loss.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree
- You possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Familiar with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
- Have an analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- Possess expertise in data entry, analysis, and management.
- Expertise in the Construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
