We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media/Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

• Handle our digital media platforms
• Lead the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategies to promote our services to customers.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Run social media adverts
• Engage, create content and send out newsletters
• Plan, organize and manage all e-mail campaigns, events, social media pages, and relevant creative content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on our websites.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding marketing revenue targets and developing plans to make up for any shortfalls in revenue.
• Manage online customer acquisition and retention programs including SEO, email, affiliate, and graphics, and social marketing.
• Investigate, recommend and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, brand awareness and improve overall customer experience by analyzing the results of ongoing efforts.
• Benchmark, measure, and analyze results of online and offline marketing initiatives such as e-mail campaigns, events, promotions, SEO marketing, affiliate program, and future online marketing initiatives.
• Perform keyword research in coordination with our business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
• Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations
• Coordinate with the web developers to make necessary changes in our websites if necessary

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in a related study, preferably but not necessarily in Marketing.
• Possession of relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
• 1 – 3 years of work experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and basic Graphics Design in a data-driven marketing team.
• Intern, currently a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field may be considered

Personal Specification

• Must be good in social media handling, Email marketing, and Digital presence savvy.
• Basic graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
• Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Instagram for business, Instagram Ads
• Email Marking Application
• Must have the ability to understand business problems and provide application solution
• Must be resourceful and possess good problem-solving skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Developing an executable and productive digital marketing strategy across AltraFix Projects activities and operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Graphics design Knowledge (or willingness to learn) is an advantage
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with taking initiative and working in collaboration
• The ability to work unsupervised is a must.
