Our client-A Health maintenance Organization (HMO) company located at Ikeja with new offices in Lagos, Enugu, PH, Onitsha, and Owerri seeks to employ passionate Relationship Officers.

Requirements/Qualification

• A Team player, ready to work in a team and adhere to instructions.
•Achieving account opening and funding targets.
• Prospecting for new accounts and opportunities
• Develop strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Build and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and resolving any issue they might have.
•Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Great interpersonal and communication skills.
•Use of social media skills, emails, and calls to enhance Sales.
•Ability to generate leads daily and close deals
•Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Brief knowledge of HMO operations/Sales

• Persuasive and Negotiating skills
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
Salary based job but results are expected.

Basic Requirement

• 2-4 years’ experience as a marketing executive in bank marketing/HMO /insurance with proof of sales Target achieved.
• BSc/HND in Marketing, Accounting, Business administration or relevant discipline.
