Objectives of the Job
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Tracking organization expenses
- Processing refunds
- Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum of OND.
- Experience Level: 1 – 3 years.

- Handle logistics, warehousing, and stock of raw materials used in production.
- Manage all teams within your production department (contracts/leave/pay).
- Create and implement organizational/production changes on an operative level.
- Focus on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary changes to product/production line to enter new markets or grow existing territories.

Job Description
- The preferred candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, carry out project design & implementation, and partner with the procurement unit to ensure the availability of engineering spare parts.
- The Manager will help in mobilizing the local resources at the set-up phase of new manufacturing facilities including the local procurement/sourcing of tools and other project-related items.
- Candidates must possess excellent planning, analytical and strong people leadership skills.
- Ability to drive the economies of scale across all the processing facilities under the Group by sourcing the right Spare Parts, Raw materials, Packaging materials, and Machine tools.
- The ideal incumbent for this position should be a local working in Nigeria with experience from large manufacturing companies.
Job Requirements
- Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years preferably in the Pharmaceutical/ Manufacturing industry.
- Qualification: Electrical Engineering background, Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience in Project Valuation; Bid preparation, Contract negotiation, Project monitoring, and evaluation
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Membership of an Engineering professional body.
- Must be 40 years and above
Job Title: Distribution Supervisor
Locations: Lagos, Plateau, Ogun
Objectives of the Job
- Manage team members to execute distribution operations within deadlines.
- Oversee daily activities of team members and provide assistance whenever needed.
- Perform resource allocation and workload assignment as per project needs.
- Assist in the recruitment, promotion, retention, and termination activities.
- Assist in receiving, storing, rotating, and handling products in warehouses.
- Maintain documentation for products received and shipped.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials as per company policies and customer demands.
- Monitor and track the status of products shipped.
- Address customer queries promptly and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers about their shipping status and delays if any.
- Conduct training to new hires when required.
- Review team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
