Requirements
• S/he must have a B.Sc/HND in Chemistry/Biology
• A strong practical experience in baked cereal/cereal product/confectionery/biscuit chemistry/quality analysis/testing procedures that requires reliable consistent dependable and reproducible chemistry results of analysis sampling knowledge of the raw material in-process and finished product is a must.
