ALLUVIA UNIQUE CONCEPTS IS RECRUITING FOR PROJECT SUPERVISOR

ALLUVIA UNIQUE CONCEPTS, a key player in the Environmental and Waste sector, is looking for a qualified PROJECT SUPERVISOR in our branch in Ibadan, Oyo State. He/she will supervise in maintaining a structured work environment that benefits both the field workers and customers. You will act as a liaison between the supervisor and other staff, ensuring that procedures are being followed, while also suggesting ideas for streamlining processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise field workers to help ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitoring the routes of the company’s machinery
• Working to ensure targets are met.
• Perform administrative tasks under the guidance of the manager, such as documenting procedures and creating guidelines.
• Participate in company training seminars in order to help the company move forward.
• Bring any worker’s concerns to the administrative officer in order to ensure company morale.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of business practices
• The ability to foster teamwork
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and written skills
• Strong leadership skills that include being a self-starter

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• A diploma in management or any relevant field, HND preferably
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or a relevant capacity
