JOB PROFILE

As a Procurement Officer, you will be required to do the following:

• Calculate the required safety stocks required to run the business per forecast.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure prompt clearance of materials under financial provisions.
• Follow up on Form M and LCs to ensure no delays.
• Track pending POs beyond 24hrs creation.
• Request Contract ID request for PO generation
• Support preparation and execution of the Demand Review ( DRM )
• Provides support, data compilation as is required by the Materials Planning Manager

Professional Requirements:

• Qualification: BSC (Second Class Lower Minimum) / HND (Upper Credit Minimum) in any field.
• Must be computer literate.
• Process thinking to enhance cross-functional interaction with other departments.
• Minimum of one year experience required.
