Job Title: Medical Director

Location: Lagos

Functions
  • Holds the Senior medical Administrative position in a medical center.
  • Responsible for a number of activities related to the delivery of medical care and clinical services such as Cost management, utilization review, quality assurance, and medical protocol development.
  • He/ she is involved in the activities of the Medical officers and consultants, including the recruiting and credentialing process.
  • Reports to the Human Resource Directory of the hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings.
  • Develop and manage a budget, including presenting monthly financial reports with the supports of the Hospital Account office.
  • Monitor quality and appropriateness of medical care (doctors, nurses, laboratory, Pharmacy, and Diagnostics).
  • Casefile audit (Clinical).
  • Provide guidance and leadership for performance guidelines.
  • Develop policies and procedures.
  • Manage strategic development.
  • Oversee clinical peer review.
  • Oversee documentation and care planning.

  • Handle Clinical patient complaints.

  • Handles Clinical, Mortality, and Morbidity meeting.

  • Manage community relations.
  • Handle physicians’ behavior and impairment issues.
  • In charge of all aspects of patient management especially difficult cases.
  • Liaise with external agencies e.g. HMO, retainers, government bodies e.t.c.
  • Debt Recovery.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be Medical / Dental Practitioners registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria of not less than seven (7) years post qualification.
  • Candidates must have been consultants for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Candidates must be medically fit.
  • A general surgeon with strong surgical and clinical skills.
  • Candidates must be of proven good character and integrity.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Locations: Kano & Kaduna

Job Description
  • Responsible for managing the sales activities in the target areas and ensure the achievement of the set targets.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives and review historical operations data and reports to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.

  • This individual will be responsible for developing product support programs, product positioning, and guiding field implementation to achieve budgeted targets and market share in Nigeria.
Requirements
  • Define the implementation plans of the assigned brands.
  • Manage the Annual & Quarterly brand planning cycle from situation analysis, through planning and execution of tactical activities
