Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Core Responsibility
  • Generation of Sales & collections from old dealers and creating new ones.
Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years field Sales experience in аthe FMCG industry
  • The ideal candidate must be a dynamic and charismatic male with good communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate must be dynamic and charismatic with excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
Core Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive corporate sales targets through a focus on winning new business and clients.
  • Mapping of the overall market potential to determine the company’s market share and market opportunities for the corporate sales team.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with strategic large corporate organizations and be accountable for achieving sales targets and assigned objectives in these accounts.
  • Responsible for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline as well as accurate reporting of the prospects in the pipeline.
  • Creation and implementation of effective strategies for penetrating all the segments/industries in the corporate sales channel.
Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Minimum of a HIND / B.Sc. / BA in any discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

Job Title: Female Branch Accountant

Location: (Ogba) Ikeja, Lagos

Core Responsibilities
  • Counting of stock (weekly, monthly, quarterly), stock reconciliation, and sign off. daily recountingа of stock not balancing
  • Preparation of daily sales report and reconciling with cashier and storekeeper registers
  • Monitoring of cash lodgements and other deposits to the bank
  • Preparation of monthly bank scheme and bank promo report to head office finance for a credit note in favor of the branch
  • Confirmation of lto and lti issued and weekly sign off by accountant, storekeeper, and manager
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for various banks and flagging of lodgments not credited by any customer or to any supplier.
  • Preparation of branch monthly payroll
  • Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report
  • Make audit returns – sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tellers, etc.
  • Monthly preparation of the following:
  • Schedule of goods returned to cwh with grn confirmations received & including lti
  • Interbranch supply – confirm that credits have been received by all branches releasing goods
  • Maintenance and report on inter-branch/head office current accounts to head office finance
  • Confirmation of goods received from a central warehouse or from hub warehouses
  • Weekly stock count reconciliation and report submitted to audit, signed off by accountant and storekeeper
  • Monthly preparation of grn and the schedules for local purchases sent to audit.
Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting or any other related field (Membership of a recognized professional body i.e. ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: Lagos

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate must be analytical, proactive, and result-oriented. In addition, he/she must be trustworthy and accountable.
Core Responsibility
  • Timely and accurate preparation of management and financial accounts monthly.
  • Assisting in preparation of consolidated group financial statements
  • Assists in preparing yearly budgets and undertaking quarterly/monthly/weekly performance reviews thereof.
  • Upgrading financial processes and systems.
  • Responsible for the integrity of the accounting system by ensuring that accounting transactions are posted and financial reports are produced timely.
Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Finance, Accounting, or any other related field (A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage).
  • Must be a member/fellow of a recognized accounting professional body i.e. ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, etc.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Must have working experience across financial management, reporting, and analysis, budgeting and planning, strategic business review with the application of IFRS.
  • Highly numeric/strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level spreadsheet skills and PC literacy.
  • Must have an in-depth ERP experience.
  • Strong accounting and book-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and strong report writing skills.

Job Title: Female Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Core Responsibilities
  • Receive customers and address all issues concerning their faulty products.
  • Prepare Job Card for all jobs with proper classification i.e. warranty or non-warranty.
  • Forward all Job Card and faulty products to the Service center supervisor.
  • Preparation of defective parts failure report (Panel, PCB & Compressor)
  • Preparation of daily work report.
  • Daily follow up on the engineers to confirm the status of jobs.
  • Responsible for Happy calls to customers and dealers.
  • Responsible for the Spare part request in line with job card details.
  • Responsible for Job completion feedback to the customer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

Job Title: Floor Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Title: Technical Service Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate should be analytical and must possess good technical service, supervisory, customer handling & inter-personal skills. In addition, he/she must be trustworthy and accountable.
Core Responsibilities
  • Oversea daily operational activities on pending jobs.
  • Allocation of jobs to the technicians and monitoring of the same.
  • Review of the daily working reports with the team and taking corrective measures.
  • Coordination with spare parts officer for raising the parts orders & tracking.
  • Ensuring achieving of KPI (TAT / CSAT / LTP / Engr. productivity / DWR Accuracy, etc.
  • Ensure quality service delivery with minimum repeat repair.
  • Reduction of customer escalations.
  • Daily monitoring of technician productivity.
  • Weekly budget preparation for service operations & approval from the service manager.
  • Preparation of spare parts failure report and sharing the same to the service manager.
  • Responsible for checking local repair possibilities for PNA cases, sharing the repair quotations to the service manager for approval.
  • Ensuring adequate spares availability at the SVCs (Safety stock planning and execution).
  • Generating and achieving out warranty income targets (Reduction in third party repairs installations).
  • Monitoring andа completion of AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contract).
  • Responsible for improving service center hygiene and compliance with service standards (Job cards, processes, policies).
  • Participating in monthly / quarterly spare parts counting and labeling activity.
  • Ensuring service cost reduction through proper inventory control method.
  • Technical skill monitoring and productivity improvement.
  • Arranging training to front, back end, and field force team.
  • Retail visit for service feedback and working on improvement areas for channel delight.
Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years Technical Service/Maintenance experience in a Sales driven organization
  • Good knowledge of a recognized ERP package
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite-Excel, word & Powerpoint.
  • 35-40 years old
  • The ideal candidate should be analytical and must possess good technical service, supervisory, customer handling & inter-personal skills. In addition, he/she must be trustworthy and accountable.
