We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Job Description

• Identify and develop highly promising virgin / uncongested territories within the assigned region.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote the company products and services by using solid arguments to existing and prospective agents.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Have information on daily/weekly / monthly volume and value transactions done by your agents.
• Supply management with reports on agent needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Deploy applicable promotional material to the agent’s location to achieve better brand visibility.
• Routinely monitor and supervise the activities of the agents.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role in insurance, agency banking: POS
• Applicants must not be older than 32
• Applicant(s) must reside in Epe, Ikorodu, Apapa, Ilorin, Akure, Alapere, Shomolu, Surulere, Onile – Ajegunle, Agbara, Yaba
• Applicant must be committed, highly motivated, and target driven
• Applicant must be able to exhibit good leadership quality and strong management skill
• Applicant must be a very good communicator
• Applicant must have excellent negotiating skills
• A high degree of self-motivation
• Applicant must have a good understanding and be passionate about sales and marketing
• Applicants must have excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Applicant must have a good command of English and great communication skills
• Prioritization and time management skills.

Salary

N55,000 monthly plus N250,000 commission on meeting the target.
