STORES MANAGER
Qualifications and Requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, technology, or the equivalent combination of education,
training, and work experience.
• Basic proficiency in Excel.
• Accuracy and Speed.
• Confidentiality.
• Typing and data entry.
• A positive and diligent attitude.
• A minimum of at least 8-10 years’ experience is required as well as one or more relevant
professional certificates.
• Must be computer literate with sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ERP, Word, and MS
Access
• Must have a grasp of the English language; written and oral. Good communicator and proactive
thinker.
• Proactive in researching new techniques on the job to apply as appropriate.
• Must be seen to be a professional at all times with determined work ethics
• Experience in MEP company is an added advantage.
ELECTRICAL MANAGER
Qualifications and Requirements.
• Minimum Qualification: B.Eng. or HND in a Technical discipline
• Experience level: Not less than 7-10 years in the Electrical field
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to read drawings
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to situations and work under pressure.
HVAC ENGINEER
Qualifications and Requirements.
• Minimum Qualification: BSC or HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work, read and interpret drawings
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience in Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to situations and work under pressure.
• Minimum working experience in a reputable HVAC company with a HANDS-ON
practical experience of 10 years,
• Experienced on VRF [VRV] pipe brazing and installation/maintenance
• Must have practically installed/ maintained various industrial/commercial and comfort air
conditioning systems of high capacities.
• Good coordination skills between client representatives and the Company
• Ability to work under pressure and meet up with a program of work.
HVAC TECHNICIAN
Qualifications and Requirements.
• Minimum Qualification: O’ level certification
• Experience level: Not less than 3 years in HVAC operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to situations and work under pressure.
• Ability to read drawings
• Attention to detail
FACILITY MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Qualifications and Requirements.
• Minimum Qualification: BSC or HND in a Technical discipline
• Experience level: Not less than 10 years.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge and Experience in all areas of MEP works.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to situations and work under pressure.
