Job Description
- Monitor and reporting Managing Director’s email and responding when required
- Maintain the executive’s systems, including data management and filing
- Prepare communication on behalf of the Managing Director
- Maintain records of the executive’s contacts
- Organize travel and itineraries
- Answer phone calls
- Organize and plan meetings
- Take notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Represent the Managing Director on official assignment
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 1year proven work experience as a personal assistant or front desk officer
- Detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Ability to learn on the job
Remuneration: 40k
