Job Title: Female Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Qualification: OND/NCE
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and customers with superb customer service.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and well maintained.
- Place outgoing calls and conference calls as needed.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Perform office administration and clerical duties
- Respond to customers’ questions professionally and courteously and also respond to their demands.
- Coordinate office activities.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- The applicant must be neat, composed and well dressed.
- Ability to multitask
- Applicants must reside around Ikeja or it’s environs
