Requirements
- B.Sc Or HND In Business Administration, Marketing Or Any Related Course
- Proven Working Experience As A Facility Manager For A Reputable Organization With Not Less Than 2 Years in Management Position.
- Good Understanding Of The Operations Of An Event Centre
- Good Communication, Problem Solving And Supervisory Skills
- Good Networking And Negotiation Skills
Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day management of the event centre
- Plan effective and efficient strategies that ensure increased profit, stability and growth of the event centre
- Manage the human and material resources of the event centre for optimal performance and enhanced output
- Handling complaints and customer enquiries
- Responding to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with its consequences.
- Generate weekly / monthly property status reports to management
- Perform marketing activities that generate more sales for the event centre
- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality customer service standards
