Executive Virtual Assistant
A company located in Lagos is seeking executive virtual assistance who will also serve as a company representative in Ibadan. The ideal candidate should be responsible, well-spoken, and able to engage professionally with old and new clients in Nigerian and the international online community. He/she must also be social media & IT savvy.
Job Summary

Responsibilities & Duties
- Understand the version of the company which translates into every form of communication online and offline.
- Provide for all customer service.
- Respond to all customer inquiries via the different platforms.
- Manage social media accounts for the company.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Create a content calendar in line with the brand vision.
- Manage Whatsapp, Facebook, and other online broadcast groups while sharing content and product offerings.
- Understand the monthly targets which translate to weekly and daily activity targets.
- Source distributors local and international for the company through sales portals online.
- Manage 3rd party online stores like Jumia etc.
- Manage all online registration for products and events.
- Engage with stockists in Ibadan and Oyo State as the company representative and source for new stockists.
- Engage in email marketing once a week.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of OND or HND.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word & Excel.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must be results-oriented and have a keen eye for details.
- Must be conversant with most social media platforms.
