C&I Leasing Plc was incorporated in 1990 as a limited liability company and was subsequently licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a finance company, to provide amongst other services, operating and finance leases. The company has since grown to be one of the largest equipment leasing and rentals company in Nigeria with 2016 revenues of N17 billion, a staff strength of over 5,500 people and subsidiaries in Nigeria, United Arab Emirates and Ghana. The company also has three main business lines namely; Fleet Management, Personnel & Business Process Outsourcing, and the Marine business.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Locations: Enugu, Port Harcourt-Rivers, Owerri-Imo, Akwa Ibom, Calabar-Cross River

Key Responsibilities

• Search for new contacts/prospects with the primary purpose of developing a business relationship.
• Acquisition of new customers and other assignments are given.

Required Skills, Character Traits and Competencies

• Candidate must not be less than 36 years old in the current year.
• Good communication skills (Oral & Written) and ability to speak local dialect will be an added advantage
• Candidate must be highly relational and should be a self-starter with little or no supervision.
• Good presentation and selling skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• He/she must be analytical and emotionally intelligent.
• He must be confident and charismatic.
• Computer literacy, especially in the use of MS Word, Outlook, MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Candidate must be well-groomed, charismatic, and hygienic in nature.
• Requirements

Qualification:

OND/NCE,HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences and/or Finance.
Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in sales.
