What Will You Do?
- Increase revenue and loan requests through the efficient use of paid digital advertising.
- Set up campaigns in Google and Facebook Ads.
- Develop the process for community management and influencer marketing
- Develop an inbound content marketing strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost-efficiency.
- Routinely run experiments to maximize results & document learning
- Report campaign results to management.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate for this role is:
- Passionate about customers
- Fully understands customer needs, wants, goals, frustrations, and challenges
- Skilled at translating the customer persona into winning ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategy.
- Highly meticulous (zero tolerance for grammar and spelling errors)
- Experienced in running Google & Facebook Ads (3 years or more).
- Comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite.
- Immersed in the world of financial technology with a clear understanding of credit and lending systems.
- Ambitious, friendly, and collaborates across departments with ease.
