Job Description

  • A call center team lead will be directly responsible for managing a team of call center agents.
  • He / She has the enviable responsibility of trying to improve the performance of each individual employee in the team to help meet the organization’s goals and complete a range of administrative and management tasks.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of BSc / HND in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a commercial bank or Fintech (in a similar role) is required.
  • Leadership, relationship management, problem-solving, creative intelligence, analytical intelligence, and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computers (especially in the use of MS Office Suite).
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
