Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Contract monitoring and control to ensure that the projects align with the BOQ.
- Preparation on Monthly valuation for reimbursement from the client.
- Establish and maintain cordial/mutual relationship between Client and consultant mutual.
- Establish rate analysis for all items on opticon (Materials build-up).
- Preparation of monthly approximate budget.
- Carrying out material reconciliation Materials reconciliation.
- Material control.
- Preparation of BOQ for variations and Additional works for clients’ approval.
- Preparation of contractors weekly Measurement for payment.
- Preparation of valuation for valuation-based contractors.
- Preparation of Contract documentation to ensure proper document control.
- All other related duties.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying
- MNIQS is a must-have.
Experience
- 7 Years minimum experience as a quantity surveyor in a construction company.
Competencies:
- Able to read, interpret and work on different types of drawings e.g Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Takeoff for Quantities and prepare BOQ, build-up rates,
- Have knowledge of basic Standard Contract Conditions e.g JCT and prepare Claims.
- Good understanding of the tendering process.
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Thoroughly in the preparation of technical documents.
- Fluent business writing skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office: Word and Excel, Revit, AUTOCAD.
- Good negotiation skills
- Able to prepare cash flow projection.
- Abel to manage a minimum of 3 team members.

Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of material inquiries, analyzing quotations, and placing of materials orders.
- Carry out tasks as instructed by the resident quantity surveyor, such as measurement for valuations, etc
- Assist in the recording and payment for work.
- Assist in the valuation of variations.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as requested.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly valuations for projects.
Qualification and Skills
- First Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Have 2 – 4 years of post-NYSC Construction experience.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office Word, Excel,
- Familiarity with QS software.
- Able to identify different types of drawings e.g Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Takeoff for Quantities.
- Have reasonable mathematical skills.

Job Title: Mobile Concrete Pump Operator
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that concrete pumps are according to DOR regulations (checking brakes and fluid levels, etc.).
- Load and unload concrete pump attachments and ensure that all associated tools are used in a safe manner.
- Clean concrete pumps at the end of the day to ensure that they remain in good working condition, and to minimize breakdowns and downtimes.
- Ascertain that all safety and precautionary measures are put into place before, during, and after each project.
- Fill water tanks before each project and ensure that all valves are properly secured and shut.
- Drive concrete pump trucks to and from each project site in a punctual and responsible manner.
- Evaluate site conditions and work with contractors or supervisors to park/set up the truck properly.
- Operate boom and concrete pump to place concrete in desired locations, placing special focus on provided instructions.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 6 – 8 years of work experience.
