Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment activities to achieve required staffing levels.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with the relevant network as a source to generate qualified applicants and maintain a pipeline of candidates for staff replacement and succession plan.
- Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Screen and refer qualified applicants to the hiring manager for interviewing.
- May provide initial screening for the manager to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements.
- Participate in the development of an annual recruiting budget.
- Assist in Implementing company policies and processes

Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities
- Design and deliver technical training and continuous development initiatives.
- Closely work with Sales and Marketing counterparts to ensure product launch, exhibitions, events are well supported and product support readiness internally and with distributors is aligned with company directions.
- Executes tactical action plans as set by the department
