Job Title: Event Coordinator

Job Description

  • The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the production and execution of memorable events.
  • We are looking for a candidate who can combine creativity, planning, attention to detail, language, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Agree on event details with the relevant business unit and plan the event.
  • Manage all the vendors and maintain good relationships with them.
  • Keep accurate records.
  • Pay attention to the needs of the clients and develop a plan and budget.
  • Send and manage invitation list.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or relevant event fields.
  • 3 years of experience, planning and executing corporate events or similar roles.
  • Quick decision-making and crises control skills.

 

Job Title: Business Development / Sales Executive

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contract
Business Unit: Client and Market Development

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support and tactical support for client relationship management (CRM) teams.
  • Generate opportunities – drive these through the sales levels to realize revenue from them.
  • Take responsibility for driving the priority program.
  • Help set and manage targets in priority account planning and CRM.
  • Play an active role in planning account strategy, driving value propositions and CRM activity with clients – as well as soliciting and acting on structured feedback.
  • Work with all CMD members to ensure that the Firm’s insight, thought leadership, and marketing campaigns are properly targeted driven and deliver return on investment.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or in a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years experience in business development, sales, or research role.
  • Experience working in a professional services organization will be an added advantage.
  • A flair for working with figures, marketing concepts, positioning, sales planning, competitive analysis, understanding the customer, service development, client relationships management, and creative services.
