Job Title: Manager – Employee Experience, Human Resources

Job Identification Number: 1173

Reports To: Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Change
Division: Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Embed Employee Personas across all people management processes.
  • Coordinate and liaise with MTN Group Functions and other OpCos to ensure consistency in the implementation of Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Participate in cultural transformation projects to enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities on workplace design imperatives to improve the employee experience.
  • Support with the coaching of the departmental Administrator to ensure understanding of MTNN objectives and goals, awareness of job requirements and accountabilities, and leverage human resources career development programs for staff career development.
  • Facilitate sessions with HR BP on the impact of employee experience on business productivity.
  • Coordinate organization-wide change interventions as required.
  • Continuously support HR Business Partners (HRBP) to deploy bespoke interventions.
  • Analyze and interpret surveys and deploy other interventions to secure VOE (Voice of Employees)
  • Facilitate and deploy interventions to achieve MTNN Diversity & Inclusion targets.
  • Champion a culture of Customer Centricity, Innovation, and other elements required to drive business performance.
  • Improve HR Service Delivery by continuously reviewing employee HVJ’s. Follow-up with stakeholders to drive improvements across all dimensions.
  • Responsible for tracking and showcasing employee experience ROI.
  • Facilitate MTNN’s Culture debrief at Induction sessions.
  • Work with Process Owners, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

Education:

  • First Degree in any related discipline
  • Professional Qualification from a recognized HR Body.

Experience:

  • 6 – 13 years’ experience which includes
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in any HR field.
  • Experience within another business function will be an advantage.
  • Experience in reviewing and analyzing data to make informed decisions.

Job Title: Coordinator – Wellness, Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development of information Education and Communication materials (posters, booklets, leaflets) for HIV/AIDS and other relevant conditions.
  • Develop Wellness Strategy paper and implement wellness program along with the commemoration of world health days.
  • Implement Personal Health Assessment (PHA), reporting, analytics, and follow-through.
  • Analyze employee health data for insights to drive wellness programs.
  • Liaise with NGOs (to decide the schedule, agenda, and lecture content) to develop avenues for sensitizing MTNN staff, proactively manage outcomes of screening tests & manage health-related issues in conjunction with the Medical Consultant.
  • Liaise with Personal Assistants of Divisional Executives to promote participation in Wellness Program.
  • Closely relate with Peer Educators to solicit feedback on wellness initiatives and drive Wellness programs.
  • Coordinate and manage wellness program, vendor selection, invoicing processing, reconciliation of financial records/transactions, etc.
  • Organize training programs and train MTNN staff ‘volunteers’ as peer educators.
  • Coordinate development of the workplace health policy updates and encourage staff to participate in health improvement programs.
  • Track lost time due to illness and productivity loss due to illness and promptly communicate health-related emergencies i.e. epidemics that may impact staff.
  • Coordinate and support vaccination programs.
  • Contribute to the monthly Operational Department report.
  • Liaise with health scheme partners to develop, design, and implement health promotion and preventive initiatives.

Requirements

Education:

  • First Degree in any Medical related discipline.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience:

  • 3 – 7 years of experience in an area of specialization of the health industry.
  • Experience working in a medium-sized organization.
  • Experience working with a wellness firm will be an added advantage.
  • Work experience on wellness projects/campaigns will be an added advantage.
