Job Description
- Make or update travel reservation(s) for walk-in guests using the online booking system.
- Create and maintain Guests/ reservation records.
- Resolve service matters in-person or virtually.
- Ensure Guests’ complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate Unit(s).
- Adhere to all company policies and promote brand Goodwill.
- Promote / Cross-sell the GIGM online booking app and other Company products & services.
- Assist guests that require special assistance to board or depart conveyance.
- Forward booking/traveling reschedule requests to the concerned unit.
- Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system.
- Assist with Guests’ luggage check-in.

- BSc/ HND (2.2 / Lower Credit) from an accredited / reputable tertiary Institution.

Job Title: Entry Level Terminal Accountant
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Cadre: Entry Level
Job Summary
- The Vacancy exists at our Yaba Terminal.
- Candidates resident in this location or its very close environs is preferred.
Job Description
- Responsible for all the accounting functions in the Terminal.
- Work with and assist the Chief Financial Officer in implementing account functions for the company.
- Handle all the cash expenses at the Terminal.
- Prepare reports of all movement of finance in and out of the Terminal.
- Ensure that daily call-over and verification are carried out on all transactions posted into the system from the Terminal.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Secure Terminal financial information by completing database backups.
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Assist in producing schedules for remittance/payment of VAT, PAYE, and other statutory payments from the Terminal.
- Liaise with the head office to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to be submitted to management.
- He also ensures completeness of all payments and dr receipts, invoices, Debit / Credit Memos and ensures they are correctly posted into the Accounting System.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting (minimum of 2.2) from an accredited/ reputable tertiary Institution.
- ACA / ACCA will be an added advantage.
