A financial Organisation is in need of a HR/Admin Officer.
Location: Dugbe, Ibadan.
Responsibility:
- Document staff attendance and payroll
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- University Graduate with a minimum of Second class upper
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience
- Knowledge of MS office
- Ability to think fast and provide solutions to work issues.
