We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain quality standards and recommend an improvement for all stages of processing.
  • Maintain accurate quality assurance records directed by Head Quality Assurance.
  • Investigate complaints to determine causes, consult with appropriate production personnel to correct deficiencies.
  • Oversee cleanliness and housekeeping of operation.
  • Use, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and supervise as required.
  • Ensure compliance to standards of all incoming and outgoing materials, ingredients, and packaged products.
  • Assist in the development of new products and or line extenders as required.
  • Ensure that all food safety standards are maintained.
  • Conduct process and plant audits.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.
    Ensure all labels, nutritional information, and manufacturing data are correct.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
  • B.Sc, B.Tech in Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science Technology, and Science related course.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Plant Quality Control/ Assurance. Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality is an added advantage.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the production environment including setting, implementing, and monitoring production policies, standard operating procedures, and practices.
  • Control and monitor production vacancies and costs to ensure they comply and meet annual budgeted targets
  • Develop and maintain a safe, healthy, and motivated workforce through compliance to a high level of hygiene and good manufacturing practices in the factory
  • Take charge of factory cost and HS optimization through control of the production processes, raw and packaging material usages, and variances
  • Ensure all work carried out comply with the relevant codes and standards, whilst maintaining safety and reliability
  • Deliver and improve production volumes and quality KPI’s to meet plan within budget
  • Take charge of all production activities and ensure that products are made within specification
  • Establish and maintain a technical thorough team that deliver all key performance indicators (% OEE, Yield, Wastage, Quality, etc.)
  • Plant utilization, factory efficiency, and the production plan for improved productivity and manufacturing cost
  • Weekly and monthly material usage variances, production summary, and comparison of issue reports
  • Establish and maintain a disciplined and motivated workforce while ensuring strict compliance with good manufacturing practices
Educational Qualifications & Experience
  • HND/B.Sc/ B.Eng/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity in an FMCG company

Job Title: Electrical Technician

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Fulltime

Job Details
  • Electrical Technician reports to the Electrical Engineer.
  • The key responsibilities are to carry out maintenance of all electrical/automation equipment and their controls while ensuring high equipment reliability, high product quality, zero safety incidents, and consistent delivery of budgeted volume targets.
Responsibilities
  • Do proper troubleshooting and repair of all electrical and automated machinery and all related controls.
  • Ensure machine uptime at all times by ensuring continuous engineering response improvement.
  • Drive loss elimination on all lines.
  • Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly condition monitoring is carried out.
  • Other duties or responsibilities specified by the superior, resulting from the actual and specific requirements of the job in a given location.
  • Ensure that contractors that work on any electrical equipment work safely and comply with all safety rules within the plant.
  • Ensure that all machine guards, safety switches, and status indicators on all equipment are in place and functional.
  • Ensure a clean uniform and the required PPE are used always.
  • Ensure all equipment panels are numbered, clean, dry, and closed all the time.
  • Ensure proper technical tools management.
  • Ensure all cables (power and control) are clean, terminals firmly secured, adequately gland, properly labeled, and well arranged in the cable trays and covered.
  • Ensure all breakers and fuses are adequately rated and set, and no vibrating or humming contactors or relays in the panel
  • Ensure all filters are clean and panel cooling ACs are working.
  • Ensure all electric motors are numbered and labeled and the label MUST corresponds with the identity in the manual and the contactors in the panel.
  • Keep a physical record of the all-electric motor on your line or assigned areas the record must indicate which motor has problems and how it was solved.
  • All electric motors MUST have their fan blades in place and in good form with fan covers.
  • All motors must be clean and must not overheat, MUST be IP55 compliance.
  • Ensure routine electrical/ automation maintenance are carried out as at when due on all equipment.
  • Document and sign off all maintenance activities.
Experience and Academic Requirements
  • Relevant technician qualification preferably HND/OND /NABTEB in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Trade Test, or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience needed
  • Sound knowledge of electrical wiring diagram.
  • A fair level of computer literacy.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Proven problem-solving skills must be minimum average.
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures.
  • Basic organizational & time management skills.
  • Knowledge of interpretation of policies, procedures, and systems in manufacturing.
  • Drive for results.
  • Timely feedback giving skills.
  • Teamwork skills/mindset and high integrity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to experiment and try new ideas.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
  • Check a product to ensure conformance to company standard
  • Perform corrective machine and routine check, cleaning, inspection, and lubrication as well as cleaning the immediate work area.
  • Record production information such as quality, weight, date, and product type.
  • Maintain shift log and other data.
  • Set up and adjust the filling and processing machine according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain the production machinery necessary to perform a specialized task.
  • Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain the production log and prepare documents.
  • Initiate and shut down production equipment.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that products meet high-quality standards.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
  • Operate production machine in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure quality objectives are achieved and equipment downtime is minimized.
  • Maintain production line and equipment to a high level of hygiene
  • Perform effectively machine set up and change over.
  • Understanding the operating conditions, control and adjust machine settings (eg speed)
  • Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production cycle.
  • Make sure that the products manufactured from the machine were of good high quality.
  • Make adjustments to improve product quality when necessary.
  • Monitor the machine regularly to arrest preventable breakdowns.
  • Maintain and clean machines and tools before, during, and after each shift
  • Troubleshoot problems during machine operation.
  • Perform safety and maintenance checks on machine regularly.
  • Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.
  • Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output.
  • Ensure the needed materials are ready and available at all times.
  • Maintain activity logs of all relevant data
  • Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisors
  • Perform basic cleaning, inspection, lubrication (CIL) on the machine.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area by ensuring that the machine/ machine environment is clean and organized appropriately.

  • OND in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Instrumentation) Trade Test/ SSCE/WASCE
  • Age: 25 – 35yrs
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing company most especially in food and beverages

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
