Fosad Consulting – Our client, a top tier Insurance firm in Nigeria requires the services of field sales agents who will be responsible for selling insurance products to small and medium scale enterprises to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Locations: Ogba, Opebi, Alausa, Onipanu, Festac, Apapa, Surulere, (Lagos), Ibadan, Ilorin, Abeokuta

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
• Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms and keep relative records
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard the reputation
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
• Fulfill all company-established policy obligations

Job Requirements

• Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
• Goal-oriented
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation
• Candidate must be at least 26 years old
• Candidate must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps program

Salary & Benefits

• The client is willing to pay N31,500/Month base pay and increment will be performance-driven.
• Commission is tied to every transaction/deal you are able to close successfully.
• The opportunity to be converted as a full-term employee will be based on performance.
