Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are looking for a suitable candidate who is a master when it comes to multitasking and is an excellent communicator with an upbeat attitude as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings as well as reordering supplies.
  • Providing scheduling support in real-time by booking appointments while also preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking cars, flights and making the hotel as well as restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist guests and visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication through telephone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements

  • First Degree in a related field.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to be proactive and always creating a positive experience for others.
